  • Is Bloomfield House suitable for children or disabled guests?
Bloomfield House is suitable for children, indeed the custom made bunk room was designed with them in mind! They will also love the cinema room and large lawn to let off steam. Garden games can be found in the garden room. It is an old listed building so supervision of younger children is required at all times, as there are lots of stairs and the property has been furnished to a high standard so care is needed. You should also be aware that there is a bank which drops away at the back of the garden, so children should be supervised to prevents falls. Unfortunately due to the constraints of a listed building, the house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues, as all entrances and access to bedrooms require the use of stairs.

The property is let on a self catering basis so this is an additional complimentary service, it is expected that in general guests will clear up after themselves in the kitchen etc. Both these services are optional, so if you prefer not to take advantage of them during your stay, just let us know.
